We collect personal identification, contact coordinates, and voluntary dietary preferences solely to fulfill your retreat bookings and coordinate on-ground logistics.
We never sell or monetize traveler information to third-party ad networks. Encrypted data transmissions protect payment identifiers, and on-ground flight details are shared exclusively with certified sanctuary dispatch teams.
Terms & Conditions
By reserving an immersion through Aarogya Retreats, you enter into a binding reservation with the hosting sanctuary and certified facilitator. Guests agree to observe sacred shala guidelines, respect quiet hours, and honor community retreat agreements.
Aarogya Retreats acts as the technology operating system, escrow agent, and logistics coordinator. Travel insurance covering international medical emergencies and trip disruptions is strongly recommended for all international travelers.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
30+ Days Prior to Start: Full 100% refund of all amounts paid, minus standard bank processing charges.
15â29 Days Prior to Start: 50% cash refund, or 100% balance transfer to any future Aarogya retreat within 12 months.
Less than 15 Days: Non-refundable due to pre-committed venue buyout and chef reservations, but guest substitution is permitted at no extra charge.
30% Escrow Deposit Protection
Unlike standard OTAs that bill 100% upfront, Aarogya guarantees your booking with a standard 30% deposit. Your deposit is held in verified bank escrow until your check-in is confirmed on-ground. In the rare event of a host cancellation, 100% of your deposit is refunded immediately.
Health & Safety Guidelines
Every partner sanctuary undergoes physical acoustic, ventilation, and hygiene verification. All meals adhere to strict organic, farm-to-table Sattvic standards. Facilitators are verified for genuine teacher lineage and certified sound/yoga credentials.
